Claims Guidelines

Thank you for your order!

All Collectic Home pieces are selected with care. Your package left our facility with no damage and with the packaging in good condition.

In the unlikely event an item was not received in good condition, please take the following steps:

1.

DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE

If you refuse items without authorization from Collectic Home, you will be held responsible for additional expenses incurred including return freight and re-delivery charges. In addition, any repairs or replacements will be significantly delayed by refusing the shipment.

2.

OPEN IMMEDIATELY

If you suspect damage, unpack the items immediateyl docutmenting any specific damage to carton or product.

3.

TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS

Please take photos of the damage and the packaging. We will not be able to process your repair or replacement without photographs of the damage and packaging.

4.

REPORT DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS

Email your completed damage claims form with your photographs to [email protected]. If concealed damage is discovered, we must be notified within 5 days of receipt as well. Damage claims will not be accepted after 5 business days.

5.

KEEP ALL PACKAGING

Keep all boxes and packaging material until your claim is resolved.
