We are please to accept a variety of payment options for the ease of our shoppers at both our high-touch showroom location and online!
Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards with domestic billing addresses. If the billing address on your order is different from the shipping address, your order may be held temporarily for additional security precautions. CollecticHome.com guarantees a 100% secure shopping experience. Please see our Privacy page for complete details. During Checkout your credit card will be Authorized for the order amount, but the funds will not be captured until we formally process your order within seven business days. For any delayed shipments, Collectic Home customer service will contact you to discuss payment options.
PayPal
Collectic Home now accepts payment for online orders via PayPal. You may also use your existing PayPal balance to pay for your order at CollecticHome.com! PayPal is safe, simple and lets you choose which credit card or bank account you prefer to use.
Wire Transfers
We are able to accept wire transfers from domestic and International customers. Please contact us at 512-347-1616 to discuss the details of your transaction. We'll need to enter an order for you by phone and a representative will then send the wire transfer instructions to you by email.
Check
You may also mail us a check as payment for an order placed by phone. During your phone order, a representative will provide you with an order number that should be included with your check payment. Once the check has cleared our bank we will send a confirmation email.

Sales Tax
We will automatically include any applicable state sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Texas during the checkout process.
